We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Certain items are final sale for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear (unless defective), and bodysuits.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines: Please allow at least 14 business days from the date of refund approval for the credit to be processed and posted to your original payment account. For payments made via PayPal, refund processing can take a minimum of 14 business days. Please note that due to regional financial regulations, particularly in some European jurisdictions, PayPal refunds may require up to 30 days to be fully completed. These timelines include processing by external financial institutions and are beyond our control after the refund is initiated.
