We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union nations, Australia, and select countries in Asia. For specific country availability, please refer to our checkout page.
Shipping Rates and Times: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination and selected service at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Quantumdress has no control over these charges.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, final sale items, swimwear (unless faulty), bodysuits, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return address. Returns sent without an RMA number or to an incorrect address may be significantly delayed or lost.

PayPal Refund Timeline: For payments made via PayPal, please note that refund processing can take a minimum of 14 business days. We initiate the refund immediately upon approval; however, the subsequent processing time is governed by PayPal's policies and local laws, which are beyond our control.

with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with an RMA number, the correct return address, and any necessary forms.
3. Package Items: Securely pack the unused item(s) with all tags and original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the provided return form inside the package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package using a trackable and insured service to the address provided. Retain your proof of postage.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed according to the timelines outlined above.
5. Exchanges and Damaged or Defective Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
